The Gnade Scholarship

The Richard Gnade Scholarship program offers monetary support for the purpose of higher education to young men who reside in Bandera County.

The Scholarships Program's Governing Board is comprised of the Rector of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church; the Priest-in-charge of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, the Head Librarian of the Bandera Library; The Superintendent of Bandera County Schools; and the Principal of Bandera High School.

Applicants are required to prepare written assignments, complete the application, and participate in an interview with the Board.

Scholarships must be submitted by March 13, 2026​
